Longitudinal sanding units

The longitudinal sanding unit on the Heesemann surface sander is equipped with the proven CSD® magnetic pressure beam system. Optionally, an eccentric bearing can be fitted to the first bending pulley for precise calibration. Inside is the pressure segment belt and the thinner CSD® plus system.

Cross sanding unit

The cross-sanding method on wooden surfaces is one of the best sanding methods in the world. The piece is first sanded diagonally to the grain direction and then sanded in the grain direction with one or more sanding units.

DB-S disc brush unit

The DB-S unit brushes and gently structures the part surface. Five heads, each with two-disc brushes, rotate gently on the part surface at high speed, eliminating unwanted sanding marks.
